Overview

The workshop aims to embed this innovative methodology in the participants through a learning-by-doing experience. This methodology can be applied to multiple scenarios, from challenges to the design of new systems, solutions, and products. This is achieved through familiarizing participants with the concept of innovation, the fundamentals of design thinking, and how to apply them in the context of work and daily life.

  • Getting acquainted with the design thinking process.
  • Mastering tools and templates for each stage of the design thinking process.
  • Empathizing and understanding end-users and customer culture better.
  • Mastering the critical-creative thinker approach.

 

Trainer

 

The trainer, Bara’ Obeidat, took the position of cultural ambassador for Hofstede Insights – UAE. He was also the People Operations Director at the Queen Rania Foundation – Jordan. Bara’ is a facilitator and senior trainer in several institutes in the Levant and the GCC for several organizations.

 

Baraa Obeidat holds a PMP certificate from the M.E Institute in Canada, and a TOT certificate.
